Facebook Integration for Select People
The Select People web site is integrated with Facebook, allowing you to post comments on news articles, reports, surveys and jobs and also seek referrals for jobs advertised on the website, all by logging in to the site using your secure Facebook account log-in (see top right hand corner of each page).
According to co-founder and Director of Select People, Jonathan Campbell, "Candidates are tired of static employment sites that just "dump" information on the screen. More and more people spend their time on social networking sites such as Facebook and Linked In therefore they expect to see similar social features elsewhere. We now allow our visitors to post comments and questions on nearly every part of our site using there Facebook ID and also to easily tap into their Facebook network to suggest an interesting vacancy that they see posted." The company plan to roll out further features over the coming months and are keen to hear your thoughts and ideas.
