Summary & Comparison of the New Work Permit fees contained in the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations, 2010


On January 14th 2010 the Cayman Islands government published the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 which bring into law a radical number of increases in work permit fees for employers. These new fees take effect on Monday January 18th and include increases of up to 300% in annual permit fees in addition to increases in almost all administrative charges relating to Immigration matters.
